Instilling technical precision, mastering chain wrestling, situational awareness, & sharpening mental IQ from all positions.
ELITE Team members will train for
(7 to 10) regional & national events throughout the year including the Texas Open State Tournament in February.

SPRING & SUMMER | FALL & WINTER. For serious wrestlers preparing for local tournaments this season.

TRAINING FOCUS
Building technical skills, confidence and competitive routine. Wrestlers will learn positioning, footwork, and a competitive move-set. Building physical and mental toughness.
SELECT Team members are expected
to compete in a minimum of (4) local competitions during fall season including the Texas Rookie/Novice State Tournament in February.
BEGINNERS
BASICS PROGRAM.
SPRING & SUMMER | FALL & WINTER. Intro to wrestling, overall fitness, and athletics.

Wrestlers will
Learn foundational wrestling skills, improve overall movement, strength and endurance in our young wrestlers.
Training Focus:
Build basic technique and toughness. Better balance, coordination and awareness.
